Senate votes to hear testimony from Vice-Admiral Mark Norman

A second attempt to hold Parliamentary hearings into the collapse of the criminal case against Vice-Admiral Mark Norman is successful as a handful of Independent senators vote in favour of a Conservative motion to hear him testify.
