Rotational grazing 'win-win' for potato and beef farmers on P.E.I. 

Some beef cows on P.E.I. are eating their way through crops in fields that will eventually be planted in potatoes. They get a free meal, and the potato farmer gets some really fresh and free manure — and, researchers hope, a boost to the soil.
