Ottawa-Gatineau under thunderstorm warning, cleanup efforts begin in Kingston after tornado warning

Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for the Ottawa-Gatineau area. The weather agency has rescinded an earlier tornado warning for the Kingston area.
