N.W.T. reports 1st case of COVID-19, risk now high as borders close: officials

The chief public health officer said the government learned of the first COVID-19 case Friday night, during is press conference Saturday. The person had travelled to B.C. and Alberta and then returned home to Yellowknife, says the government.
