Nova Scotia's 'historic flood event' closes roads, prompts evacuation order

An evacuation order has been put in place for people living near the St. Croix River system in Nova Scotia as torrential rains swamp much of the province. The order was sent out to cell phones in the area at 3:41a.m. AT.
