Judge dismisses sexual assault case against Trailer Park Boys star Mike Smith

A sexual assault case against Trailer Park Boys actor Mike Smith was dropped in Dartmouth provincial court on Thursday. The complainant says the trial was dismissed because she was "unwilling to sacrifice" her mental health to go through the criminal justice process.
