How 'deeply disturbing' police misstep derailed a sexual assault case

A Nova Scotia woman says she trusted that authorities were properly handling her case after she reported she'd been raped. This summer, a judge threw out the charges against the man she testified sexually assaulted her after RCMP lost her rape kit.
