Finance ministers give economic update as provincial deficits surge

Federal Finance Minister François-Philippe Champagne gathered his provincial and territorial counterparts in Charlottetown for a summit, where they discussed a range of topics, from potential revenue from the as yet unopened Gordie Howe International Bridge to internal trade barriers.
