Dean Penney appealing murder conviction, believes Mr. Big evidence should be tossed

Dean Penney has filed a handwritten notice of appeal, arguing all evidence gleaned from a covert RCMP operation known as a Mr. Big sting should have been ruled inadmissible before his trial.
