Cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase goes public in march toward the mainstream

Coinbase shares jumped Wednesday in the latest sign of a surge in interest and trading of bitcoin and other digital currencies, with the exchange valued at almost $100 billion US in its Nasdaq debut.
