CRTC to allow small wireless carriers to piggyback on Big 3 networks

Canada's telecom regulator is opening the door a crack to more wireless competition, by allowing a few small wireless carriers known as Mobile Virtual Network Operators to launch wireless services piggybacking on the networks of established players.
