China celebrates victory over coronavirus but braces for 2nd wave

China is celebrating a victory over coronavirus lifting an unprecedented two-month lockdown of Hubei province Wednesday and preparing to end to the quarantine of its main city, Wuhan, next month. But its greatest fear is a return of the epidemic by way of Europe, the Middle East and North America, where infections are now almost five-fold greater.
