Body-dragging incident violated rules but was isolated event, investigation finds

An incident in which a funeral home employee dragged a body along the floor of a refrigerated trailer breached protocol but was a "one-time incident" at an overwhelmed Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, an investigation has concluded.
