B.C. teachers raise alarm about going back to classes after COVID-19 outbreak in Quebec schools

As students from across British Columbia voluntarily head back to class today, some teachers say the B.C. School Trustees Association, which employs them, and the individual school districts are giving them little choice but to return to work in what some call an unsafe environment.
