Assault victim Dafonte Miller responds to OIPRD report Friday

Assault victim Dafonte Miller says a confidential report by the Office of the Independent Police Review Director (OIPRD) shows that former Toronto police Chief Mark Saunders was "kept in the dark" for five months about Miller's beating at the hands of an off-duty Toronto cop.
