1 dead, 1 hospitalized after SUV backs into barber shop

One man has died and another was seriously injured when they were struck by an SUV that backed into a barber shop in Vanier on Tuesday afternoon, according to Ottawa police and paramedics. The driver faces an impaired driving charge.
