RCMP warn of arrests, approach blockade at Coutts border crossing

RCMP have approached a blockade of vehicles that has jammed traffic for days at a Canada-U.S. border crossing in Alberta after warning that those participating in the protest may be subject to arrest on Tuesday afternoon.
