Calgary pharmacist pleads guilty to professional misconduct for improperly dispensing methadone

The Alberta College of Pharmacy found David Ruan guilty of professional misconduct after he admitted to changing the dispensation or dosing of methadone prescriptions and falsifying pharmacy records.
