Calgary parents looking for ways to save amid rising back-to-school costs

As students gear up to return to the classroom, some Calgary parents are feeling the sting of more expensive school supplies and other necessities. An April survey from Caddle and the Retail Council of Canada found 91 per cent of respondents feel back-to-school items have become more expensive.
