Calgary mayor says premier has committed to smaller provincial tax hike for city next year

After the province called for double-digit property tax hikes on Calgarians in consecutive years, Mayor Jeromy Farkas says Premier Danielle Smith has personally committed to a smaller increase in next year's budget.
