Calgary developer giving new purpose to old homes in Marda Loop

In contrast to higher-density redevelopments along Marda Loop's main street, construction company Leonard Development Group is repurposing single-family homes from the 1910s into boutique retail spaces for local businesses along 34th Avenue.
