Calgary crews focus on problem 'hot spots' after critical water pipes arrive from San Diego

Two important pieces of pipe needed to repair a catastrophic water feeder main break that triggered outdoor water restrictions and necessary conservation efforts arrived in Calgary from San Diego, Calif., Tuesday night.
