Alberta makes changes to the way it announces COVID-19 deaths

Alberta’s chief medical officer of health Dr. Deena Hinsaw apologizes after the death of a 14-year-old boy was announced as COVID related and later found to be unrelated to the disease, and announces changes to avoid the situation in the future.
