Longueuil homicide attempt leaves two wounded; one man arrested

Two men were recovering in hospital Monday morning after being wounded by gunfire hours earlier during what Longueuil police called a homicide attempt. The incident occurred at 12:10 a.m. in an apartment on Beauregard St. in Longueuil. The two victims, both in their 30s, were shot but their injuries were not deemed to be life-threatening.
