WorksafeBC issues report on Tolko worker death in 2017

From a non-working life jacket to an open engine hatch on the boom boat, several factors are cited in the death of a Kelowna man at the Tolko mill in January of 2017. Worksafe BC has issued it’s report looking into the workplace death of Ivor Lundin.
