Wild flight from Surrey RCMP caught on camera

Surrey RCMP have arrested two men and are seeking a third after a destructive flight from police at a Surrey townhouse complex Monday morning. The video, which was sent to a Global News employee via social media is a part of the ongoing police investigation.
