Why CBSA changes at 1 B.C. border have increased hurdles for some businesses

Some Abbotsford businesses say they are continuing to face more expensive and inconvenient operations due to changes at the the Abbotsford-Huntingdon border crossing. The CBSA says for years, it’s processed some commercial vehicles to go back into Canada after hours as a “courtesy" — but that's no longer an option.
