White Rock man killed in Barcelona terror attack

A man from White Rock has been identified as the Canadian killed in Spain’s terror attack on Thursday, when a van rammed into tourists in Barcelona. Ian Wilson was the father of a Vancouver Police Officer. Jill Bennett reports.
