Vancouver's knighted chef almost didn't end up in the kitchen

Vancouver’s much acclaimed chef Giuseppe “Pino” Posteraro was recently knighted by the Italian government for his restaurant work, but he says it was a fluke that he didn’t end up in a different career altogether.
