Vancouver renters facing 5th eviction notice in 6 years at same house

Two Vancouver renters received an eviction notice this week — just days after the Residential Tenancy Branch ruled in their favour and threw out their landlord's attempt to evict them for the exact same reason. For one of the renters this is the fifth eviction attempt she's faced in six years.
