Vancouver Chinatown garden reopens with otter prevention plan in place

The Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Garden in Vancouver has reopened to the public after a major effort to capture a visiting river otter and re-locate the surviving koi. And as Neetu Garcia reports, the garden has new measures to prevent the otter from making a return.
