TransLink Mayors’ Council approves SkyTrain to UBC

The TransLink Mayor’s council has voted ‘yes’ to a SkyTrain extension to UBC. But there are concerns about how much it would cost, and what it might mean for other important transportation projects. Richard Zussman reports.
