Trans Mountain protesters interrupt Finance Minister Bill Morneau during speech in Calgary

Finance Minister Bill Morneau is speaking at a Calgary Chamber of Commerce luncheon today as he begins the job of selling Ottawa's purchase of the Trans Mountain pipeline.
