Surrey real estate agent's licence suspended 1 year for professional misconduct

Jaswinder Singh, who also goes by Jas Gill, has lost his real estate licence for one year, after the Real Estate Council of B.C. found he committed professional misconduct, following an investigation into his activity and that of his wife, an unregistered mortgage broker.
