Smuggler's Inn owner must erect large warning sign as condition of bail release

The 4-by-8 sign at the Blaine, Wash., bed and breakfast must read: "Warning. It is illegal to enter Canada from this property." Owner Robert Boule is facing 21 counts of aiding illegal entry into Canada.
