Roads flooding, snowfall warnings in effect, as 2nd storm drenches B.C.

Heavy downpours in Metro Vancouver, the North Shore and the Fraser Valley are causing streets to flood and wreaking havoc on commutes. In the Shuswap, Columbia and Sea-to-Sky region, snowfall warnings are in place.
