Rental-only zoning would help supply if done correctly, says developer

In the throne speech, the B.C. government said it would allow municipalities to create rental-only zones in order to help increase the supply of purpose-built rental housing. It's an idea that developer Aly Jiwan sees as a step in the right direction.
