Possible taxation models to replace Metro Vancouver bridge tolls

B.C. is getting rid of bridge tolls at the end of this week. It was a major election promise from the NDP government but it has many wondering if we could see an alternative form of road pricing. UBC professor Patrick Condon has ideas of alternatives to bridge tolls.
