Police say shooting and 2 vehicle fires in Surrey are related, but not clear if extortion involved

Police say they were called to three incidents in quick succession in Surrey, B.C., on Sunday morning. While there are no injuries reported, police say the shooting and two vehicle fires appear to be linked.
