Ottawa’s purchase of Trans Mountain project has ‘failed’ BC: Andrew Scheer

Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer accused the Prime Minister Justin Trudeau of letting down British Columbians by forcing through expansion of the Trans Mountain pipeline by nationalizing the project, instead of “championing” its benefits.
