MV Marathassa fuel spill cost recovery effort stalled

More than three years after the MV Marathassa leaked 2700 litres of bunker fuel into English Bay, the city of Vancouver has filed a claim against the vessel’s owners in an effort to try and recover more than $500,000 in clean up costs. Grace Ke reports.
