Mother offers $5,000 to help find missing Ryan Shtuka

Ryan Shtuka, 20, was last seen at a party at Sun Peaks Resort outside Kamloops, B.C., on Feb. 17. His family is offering a $5,000 reward for any information that could help locate him.
