Morneau: Purchase of Trans Mountain about obtaining ‘valuable assets’

Federal Finance Minister Bill Morneau told the House of Commons Tuesday that the purchase of the existing Trans Mountain pipeline is about obtaining “valuable assets” for future use or sale.
