Kinder Morgan complains about Trans Mountain permit issues at NEB hearing

A lawyer for Kinder Morgan Canada said political opposition to the Trans Mountain project in Burnaby, B.C. has "poisoned the well'' and disrupted the regulatory review process in the city.
