Judge awards man $60K for police dog bite, says RCMP handler 'acted unreasonably' in domestic assault call

In a decision last week, a B.C. Supreme Court judge said an RCMP officer and dog handler’s “intentions were good” but that he made an error when he released a dog onto a man too quickly.
