Jim Carr promotes Trans Mountain purchase in Alberta

The Federal government has announced it will spend $4.5 billion to buy the Trans Mountain pipeline, and now ministers are out selling the idea to taxpayers. Natural Resources Minister Jim Carr joined Shaye Ganam on Global News Morning to explain the benefits to Canadians.
