Investigation clears RCMP officer for Nanaimo crash that killed 2 drivers

The fatal crash followed an attempted traffic stop where a suspect tried to speed away. An investigation concludes he drove on the wrong side of Highway 1 at up to 179 km/h before crashing head-on into another vehicle, killing both drivers.
