Insurance licensor suspends 21 Surrey agents over alleged cheating on exams

The Insurance Council of B.C. first grew suspicious after finding near-identical licence exam results over the past year. When it was discovered 21 of them were affiliated with the same Surrey agency, their licences were suspended pending further hearings.
