Frosty but fun: the ‘Lowe Down’ on ice fishing

Many Okanagan residents like to fish, but you have to be a particularly avid angler to go fishing in the middle of winter. So what attracts people to the activity when the temperature is below freezing? We sent videographer Travis Lowe to get the ‘Lowe Down’ on ice fishing.
