Freezing temperatures impact B.C.’s south coast

The sun is shining but it is cold out there. With overnight lows hitting below zero and snow in the forecast, this last blast of winter is hitting the south coast hard. And as Jordan Armstrong reports, it’s impacting the region’s most vulnerable the hardest.
